Return Only Shipping Instructions

  1. If you are arranging your own shipping to iTEK Service, please send your device to the below address:

Delivery and Return Shipping Instructions

  1. You will receive an email with your shipping label within the next business day.

  2. Bring your boxed Apple device to a FedEx Shipping drop off with the printed FedEx Shipping Label.

Return Shipping

  1. After receiving your device, we will diagnosis your repair needs and and proceed with your paid repair.

    Customers purchasing only the Diagnostic Repair Service will receive an email with the assessment of your needed repairs and how to proceed with the repair.

    If there has been a misdiagnosis of the repair needs of your device, we will contact you through the email address you provide us.

  2. Once repaired, we will ship your device back to the address you’ve provided via the same FedEx shipping option you have selected.
